Talisman is the self-titled first studio album by Swedish hard rock band Talisman, first released in 1990. Talisman was formed by bass player Marcel Jacob, who had previously played with an early version of the band Europe(Force), Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force, John Norum. 
After leaving John Norums band Marcel contacted singer Jeff Scott Soto (who also played in Yngwie Malmsteen's band years earlier) to sing on Marcels at the time project Talisman. 

The first single "I'll Be Waiting" became a huge hit! And the project became a recording and touring artist for many years to come.
This the first album includes a lot of bonus live material.
